Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All products are photographed according to the actual product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After ordering on the website, an email with a tracking number will be updated within 24 hours. Except for holidays, all other items will be sent out within 24 hours.

How can I return an item?

CaptainDMA OFFICIAL Return Policy:
1. For received or In-Transit Products:

Returns accepted within 7 days of product receipt, provided it's unused, unmodified, with original firmware retained, and includes all accessories and documentation.

Buyer bears shipping and customs duty costs. PayPal payments incur a 4.4% deduction by the bank, cryptocurrency payments a 5% deduction by the trading platform.

Video proof of returned item's packaging required.

When it reaches us, Returned products may undergo inspection. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 working days.

2. For Unshipped Products:

Buyer bears refund handling fee: 4.4% for PayPal, 5% for cryptocurrency.
Immediately notify us; if shipped, follows shipped product return rules.


We are UNABLE to offer returns for refunds for the following reasons:

● Malicious damage to the product (e.g., firmware modification).
● Buyer's computer incompatibility with the device.
● Hardware damage due to failure to follow instructions.
● Intentional refusal of goods upon delivery.
● Exceeding the return period.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock” ?
